an intimate reception for 25 or a celebration for 150 guests.
Our experienced Food and Beverage staff is anxious to assist you in creating a memorable occasion. At Golf Club of Estrella we create an atmosphere
where you and your guests will relax and enjoy the day.

Both our Patio and Ceremony Lawn feature spectacular views of
the Sierra Estrella Mountains and the golf course.
The cost of reserving our patio is $1650 and the Ceremony Lawn is $1850.
If both the patio and the practice tee are used as a setting
for your function the cost is $3500.
Golf Club of Estrella will provide all of your dinner tables,
cake table, guest book table, and gift table.
Additional equipment and specialty linen can easily be arranged
and are subject to additional rental fees.
At Golf Club of Estrella you will work with one of our
skilled staff members to plan every detail of your day. Not only will your coordinator
attend to all of the small details, they will be onsite throughout your day
to ensure that everything is perfect.
Food and Beverage Service
The staff at Golf Club of Estrella will coordinate with your caterer to ensure that all your needs are met and enclosed is a list of preferred vendors. All food brought onto our property must come from a licensed kitchen; no homemade food is allowed.
Golf Club of Estrella can provide beer and wine for the occasion.
It is our policy that liquor cannot be brought onto the property from outside sources.
An initial deposit is half of the signed contract will be due with your signed contract. Full payment of your remaining balance is due fourteen (14) business days prior to your event. A credit card authorization form is required to be on file to guarantee any additional charges incurred.
Service Charge and Sales Tax
A 20% service charge is added to all food and beverage prices and is subject to state sales tax. The total bill which includes all rental and service fees is subject to Arizona state tax.
Minimum Attendance & Fees
A minimum of 25 guests is required for all functions. If this minimum is not met, a surcharge will be applied. Some dates are subject to food and beverage minimum revenue guarantees.
A minimum attendance guarantee must be received before noon seven (7) business days prior to your event. The guarantee is the minimum number for which you will be charged. If your attendance exceeds the guarantee, billing will be for the actual number of guests in attendance.
All dates and locations are subject to availability and management approval.
We will be happy to secure our facility for your event with a contract and deposit.
We have a number of recommendations for everything from florists to live music. Once you have booked your wedding we are happy to help arrange all of your details.
Set Up/Breakdown Fee
Parties are responsible for the set up and breakdown of their individual event. If this is not completed to a satisfactory level, or if the group does not wish to complete this task, a $200.00 fee will be applied to the final bill.
Complimentary self-parking is available for your guests.
We would be pleased to plan a golf outing for your bridal party and/or wedding guests, rates and availability are dependant upon the date and time you select.
